Your minimum base fitness level should be:

• 50 push-ups

• 20 pull-ups

• 50 squats

• 20 dips

If this sounds unrealistic, you have SERIOUS work to do....

I do agree with all, except the pull-ups..

20 good form pull-ups is a lot. Even for trained people

Depends how you do pull ups. 5 second Eccentrics, with a momentary Pause in the bottom to stretch the muscle is quite different than pumping out half reps. I can do 24 or 11 ya know?

Lol maybe at 20. Not at 40. And 99% of people who work out like that at 20 are potatoes at 40.

8 pull ups, 30 situps, 20 push-ups, 30 squats no dips every other day at 40 makes you look better than 99% of the population.

How many sets?

What do you weigh? I might be able to do 15 w a couple kips

I can do 10 strict since forever but 20 is not in line with 50 pushups
