The idea that it should move through those to avoid crimes of various sorts (money laundering, hate speech, etc) is absurd even if we are used to it. It is “Minority Report” mixed with Orwell
For instance, one of the worst crimes one can think of, raping children, happens mostly within homes and inside families for obvious reasons. This is one of the most awful things we can think of, much worse than money laundering or hate speech. Should every home include cameras where the state can monitor it’s not happening in real time? Seems absurd right. Now think of the argument for banks asking u shit about why u send this wire or government pushing to end anonymous accounts
