Wonder why #bitcoin mempool fees are high? here is why.

Some one is sending small amounts to himself with a high fee. How stupid is this....

Found three different addresses doing the same. 80 transactions, and of them top 10+ have fee greater than amount sent.

I am sure there is more.

most likely there is data in the witness.
