BOLT-12 solves for receiver privacy, Taproot channels solve for chain analysis, and PTLCs solve for malicious routers and enable async payments for mobile devices and browser extensions. We're seeing it in use all over the world.
Is there any more Lightning FUD that hasn't been addressed by the latest developments on layers? What is Lightning missing as a fully complete alternative to shitcoins like Monero?

Monero is simply easier. Have a wallet, send XMR, receive XMR.
Not set up a node on your own hardware, fight with opening a channel, having issues with channels/payments, channel force closes, etc.
Custodial lightning works well. Self custodial is not at all easy yet.

It isn't exactly difficult either. Easier than it was is not as easy as currently.
I'm sure it's will improve, but... It's not the same.
