Man I remember those pizza appreciation parties. I used to work at this small place and the owners would always bring us donuts and kolaches for breakfast on Fridays, pizza for office meetings and then bbq for holidays. Best employer ever tbh they didn’t pay much but they made it up in other ways. To your point tho, if you don’t like your employer, the front door is wide open. Leave lol
It all stems from them not understanding their actual value in life. Delusional expectations. They should buy bitty, enjoy the pizza parties, and retire early.
That’s exactly what I did lol. If you find yourself in a bad or not optimal situation, make the change and don’t complain.
