For those freaking out in comment's this could be just his lowest daily average heart rate displayed. He could also be doing breath work or meditation to lower it. Heart rate also lowers quite a bit following a ice bath or cold shower. Or this could be his sleeping heart rate that is displayed which is always much lower than when awake.

Or jack just has a super low resting heart rate as is 🤷‍♀️
