It would be kewl if the incentives for making just enough above a minimum wage with "job security" with an establishment such as the IRS, to audit citizens for a couple hundred bucks in taxes on unclaimed income, that can't pay the interest on the debt on the bonds and Treasury debt on excessive spending for perpetual warfare and global economic dominance, in a devaluing currency, while unconstitutional encroachment and seizure of individuals privacy and property rights...

Was enough to make people leave those positions for the meager pay they make in lieu of the employment "security", forcing the mechanisms of such a machine to lack the resources to enforce it's asenine pursuit. And perhaps forcing people to pursue something of their own fruition, rather than an authority's.
