Determining causality can take decades to pinpoint. That's why guys like you like to talk about causality.
But the #gold #standard for drug safety is careful surveillance for any Signal! of serious #harm or #injury. Because the acceptable amount serious injury or harm is Zero!..🤔💀⚰️🤭
