My wife hatched a dozen chicks in the incubator and snuck 4 in with our broody hen. She has really taken to it. They were all roaming around the chicken yard digging for bugs today. It was really cute to watch. We should have done this years ago instead of keeping them separated and goofing around with heat lamps.
