Working as an athletic trainer for a few years now first in the athletic setting and now in a clinical setting. I see many former athletes and older people. Joint health and is super important. Too many people in their 50s/60s that cannot walk a mile. We need to move but not just move linearly, we need to move in different ways and planes. Do this weekly.

Use it or lose it.
