Shogun Burger (Japan) makes some pretty amazing burgers. I ordered and ate a 7-patty Wagyu burger with cheese, egg and bacon (no bun) and was still hungry so ate another 3-patty one.
My signature is in one of their establishments on the second floor with the time it took me to eat the 7-patty burger.
A burger w/o a bun… interesting concept.
The best! I usually have it on a bed of arugula, but have seen people replace the bun with iceberg or romaine lettuce too. Or the carnivores can just go straight carnivore like Jimmy did :)
