Does anyone actually block spam accounts they don’t want to see on Global? Does that make a difference?

I've blocked accounts that were offensive and abusive. Immensely liberating experience. Such a difference between healthy debate (on Nostr) and an absolute savaging by an asshole on Twitter who then gets boosted by the algorithm because of engagement
I just blocked wiz. I don't see the constant begging for sats in my Global feed anymore, so I would say yes.

Well the reason I ask is because I insist on using only public relays to find out how bad the spam problem really is, and there doesn’t seem to be a limit to the accounts that you need to block here 😂
