For sure there would need be more '1 sat/ vbyte' times aka empty pools like in October 23 without ordinals. How much they contribute to the overall price I let to guess the smart guys.

What they definitely did, if they really pushed transaction fees, was helping to raise hash rate to new heights.

yes, they paid miners more, that's as much incentive as they can deliver

they inconvenienced the rest of the userbase in doing so

and i'm pretty sure it's gonna be recorded that ordinals are a hack that exploits a weak specification

I don't care. Let dumb people do dumb things. Bitcoin was always ddos-able if enough money involved.

The sooner, the better.

Let's become resilient (and pay they for it)
