Nice wood. Beautiful cast iron. What kind of pickles?
The main one is cucumber, garlic, dill, jalapeño, watermelon radish, with lots of pickling spice things.
A separate for beets with radish

This year we made pickles, apple sauce & sauerkraut. Still to come is wine & something with our cayenne peppers. It’s been a bit of a slower year for us, just the essentials this year
I love me some homemade pickles.
