Not many apps support remote (bunker) signing yet, but a few do, like Coracle, Jumble etc...
I haven't started using this one in earnest yet, but I had the previous one, which I wrote an article on here:

If you're looking for a universal, complete, bug free solution, we are not there yet, but if you're interested in experimenting with a potential future direction for key security, then it's definitely worth playing with.
