I was also thinking about this - I would say for start - a new car with root access might be enough? 🤔

We will be able to turn off all annoying features, yet get a comfort of a well developped vehicle...

nowadays we still can buy cars made before 2015: without a simcard, but I am sure those will get banned soon... especially in EU.. 😢
