Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler Gets One Sexual Assault Lawsuit Dismissed

A federal judge ruled that Jeanne Bellino waited too long to sue the musician over an alleged 1975 assault. Tyler is still facing a lawsuit from a Los Angeles woman who claims he sexually assaulted her in the 1970s.
