Seems like SimpleX is having a second wave slowly 💜

I get this error every time I try to connect to someone… think something in my settings could be amiss?

True. If it’s privacy focus should work perfectly with VPN 🤔

Csn you load that URL in browser? Might be something blocking it.

Or its IP address 139.162.197.202

It loads in my browser but then the button to actually connect (assuming it’s a deep link) opens the simplex app

Under settings in Android there is servers list with SMP and a test button might try.

I should I disable “use .onion hosts = required” if I’m on iOS?

Probably if no Tor client/proxy running. Would at least to troubleshoot

Enabled Orbot and that did the trick!

So either regular VPN and disable onion-required, or use Orbot as the “vpn” and enable onion hosts.
