🏨 In our hospitality division (Hotel Aurora and Hotel Atlantis), all major renovations have been successfully completed. We don’t foresee significant capital expenditures in the near term — which opens the door to potential larger, one-time bitcoin purchases if the opportunity aligns.
🏗 In our construction division (KV Kft), we continue to allocate the equivalent of 5,000 EUR per month into BTC. At current prices, this allows us to acquire over 5 million satoshis monthly. As production scales in 2026 — particularly for our prefabricated family homes and micro-apartment buildings — we plan to increase the pace of accumulation accordingly.
🏘 New development: by the end of this year, our real estate development company may also join the bitcoin reserve strategy — and it could even surpass the other business units in satoshi terms.
