Sitting at a the pool, a manager from another bar recognized me and asked, if there is no conflict of interest, to help them implement a cocktail program. It's always nice to receive recognition. As they say, "a rising tide lifts all ships."

Id really like to have more good cocktail programs in this town. So when someone asks you to help their business, it's important to take that opportunity.
