The other day I posted about how Nostr has been affecting my mental health in a positive way. Here are some actual numbers.

I have been using Nostr since February 11th, one month as of today. I keep track of how much I spend on cannabis, and in that timeframe I have spent 38% less on cannabis than the prior 3 months average!

That is huge, and a sure sign that my mood and mental health are improving. Now I have more money to stack as sats!
