Correct, but I lived mostly in Bulgaria, Serbia and Bosnia. I am in what is technically an outlying territory now and this grants the governor, Miguel Albuquerque, a lot of freedom to ignore communist, I mean EU directives. Plus I live in a small village far from the capital and nobody cares about Brussels here.
I wish I could move to Wyoming tho. If the opportunity arises I am there so fast. As fast as I can arrange to get my cat along with me.
