Yeah love a good deep thought… like when you randomly think about something that may or may not happen in the moment giving you time to choose to either let it happen or prevent it from happening. Now the question becomes where did that thought come from was the event so traumatizing that it trickled through the time line to the present so you could change the outcome?
And wasn't that more fun than "being right" and keeping all that knowledge to yourself? 😜🤣🥳
Ofcourse it’s more fun, and I love to engage, my entire point during that argument was that there are things which are true and things that are probably false and that we give too much credence to individual subjectivity which leads to confusion and falsities.
And I'm on the side that thinks we give too much credence, full stop.
But that doesn't mean we can't work with what we have and always move toward refining our ideas
We can and should work with “probably true” ideas. But we shouldn’t act like there aren’t certainties in life or that somehow we are above those certainties. The sun WILL shine tomorrow 🤷♂️
