Do you have health insurance? If so, how did you acquire?
If not, what is your setup like for basic checkups, eyes, teeth, misc. other stuff, if any?

I aquire it by being born in a certain country. Simple as that. We don't have to worry about paying bills when being treated by medical professionals. The state pays for it but the state gets that money trough our paychecks and other channels. Almost half of our paychecks goes to the government account for various things.
It's not like the American system where even helping other human being is a business.
