Does TW reports work?

Got harrased by a guy over there.. He was mocking people for leaving TW earlier with the news from yesterday about nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m leaving Bluesky board.. I just wrote 2 tweets under to explain Jack's presence on #nostr and #nostr as well.. But insults came to all being mentioned in that conversation..jack, miljan, serbian btc account and some of #nostr clients accounts..

So.. Does TW do anything about these things when we report tweets? #AskNostr
