We've seen the golden calf before, but we were trained not to think it was the golden calf. The spirit of idolatry has been within us for years, and we need to unlearn it. King of Kings or KJV 1611 are the only versions, from what I'm researching, that are the best translations available (Not even my beloved ISR is correct).
