Replying to Avatar The Fishcake (nostr.build)

I don’t know if it’s just me, but every time someone closes a channel to my node, I feel like throwing a towel in and giving up on a whole LN node running thing. It’s not like it pays for itself or free of risks or maintenance. I don’t know, just wanted to share my feelings 🐶🐾🫂

I'm always debating with myself whether or not I should shut my node down but I would rather not rely on a custodian or an LSP so here I am.

Yes! At the same time I got rugged by myself with my own node for more sats than I would have lost if I used WoS or Alby if they decided to disappear 🐶🐾😭

sigh, yes i feel that.. i want the pleb lightning node to be a thing but its so fking painful sometimes 😔
