The contract amount is still listed as being for $400 million. Other details are the same.

So far, I've been pretty on-board with Trump and Elon raiding three letters, but this is shady as fuck. Wonder who authorized this change. It's not like they were doing it behind closed doors; this was set up during the Biden admin. So, what gives?
