update:
he stopped the digging because he thinks Bitcoin is a threat to government and it won't make it, there's no way to cash/fiat out even if he accumulates a lot of sats because of EU government is trying hard to KYC all Bitcoin transactions and for that he's pessimistic about the whole story.
