I don’t think, I know. Voter disenfranchisement is a huge part of the problem and it works on so many people. Because people could care less, the house elections are often decided by a tiny number of votes, in some cases just 500 or so. These are the races that actually matter.

Then you get the paranoid people saying none of it matters and others pile in because it does feel like a joke: and in some sense it definitely is.
