It appears when there's a repost from someone you don't follow.
Open that post and you'll see a settings sign. Click on it and uncheck Hide non-followed media.
Thanks. BTW blurring media is not compatible with normies, they will go back to Instagram and Facebook if they see blurred media, they will never find the settings. The solution is media scanning: https://docs.megalithic.me/lightning-services/nsfw-image-detection-for-nostr -- currently in use by nostr:npub180cvv07tjdrrgpa0j7j7tmnyl2yr6yr7l8j4s3evf6u64th6gkwsyjh6w6 and nostr:npub1jlrs53pkdfjnts29kveljul2sm0actt6n8dxrrzqcersttvcuv3qdjynqn - but seems like so far no other nostr clients are using it...

Total nightmare: absolute all videos in the feed start auto playing with sound.
With Yakihonne, even that is slow as fuck on all browsers, at least is not playing automatically all videos.
