Although rabbits are a huge pain in the ass here, some get let go. This one survived being in two of our cat's mouths (in our house). For bearing that challenge it was let free. Beware though Peter, you come back again you may not be so lucky. 🐇

I’m always amazed how light wild ones are when I dress one in the bush.
I've only harvested one from our property. It is in the freezer. Going to look at turning some into chicken food.
