Spammers are blocked by default. You can disable it by either following them or disabling the filter in the security filters menu on the left drawer.

What determines a spammer? I made a couple bots that barely note at all and they were auto blocked

5+ completely equal event contents, with more than 50 chats (so "GM"s are not blocked).
