One teaspoon baking soda in 6-8 oz warm water should clear that right up 💜
I unfortunately had a major surgery in 2020 on my gut and if I eat the wrong thing which I did last night it can cause pain. And a reminder to not do that again. I took some meds and now I’m chilling. And it’s actually starting to feel better already, which is a good thing because it can last sometimes for a while.
