I did search "distribution block" and I found a lot of stuff where all of the lines are bonded, and I still didn't find anything with actual plugs coming out...

The phrase you want to search is "12v power distribution block" for what you want.
I had the same issue when trying to power a bunch of remote cameras for zoneminder but eventually moved to PoE cameras.
