A lot of it's origin is just anti Christianity which in general I hate when people's whole identity is anti something rather than something you actually believe in ... But I digress, now it's fine to be more about the idea of treating yourself as king or god. Doing what will most benefit yourself. Do what thou wilt. Love is the law.
Which isn't terrible🤷🏽 selfish maybe but not as bad as other things that exist.
Wicca is interesting.
But the same reason that I don't always jive with ceremonial magick is why I don't jive with Wicca.
