When you think of the great men of the past how many of them are absolutely ripped super aggressive and violent. Almost zero, because that's not what a man is. A man is being capable of violence but resisting it unless absolutely necessary, a man is caring for his family, a man commits to things and is loyal to them (his wife and family for example) don't let the stupid internet "Alpha" stuff trick you.
