I used to get a few bad ones per year. I know this thing is kinda spendy for a glorified neti pot. But it really helps me.

I don't have this one but I did do some irrigation.
For me, if I feel any pressure I’ll use it once or twice that first day. This one actually adds some suction, so I’ve found it more thorough.
I find that if I’m relatively consistent with it (weekly at least) it’s been pretty good at keeping them at bay.
