How do I update it?

I just got my seed signer a bit ago.

Basically just made a watch only for corn because I knew it was important.

Now I need to actually learn about seedsigner.

You'll need to download and write the latest version of our software to your memory card. Here's the release information: https://github.com/SeedSigner/seedsigner/releases/tag/0.6.0
