If you have the hardware, you can run a llama model on your own computer.

I don't use desktop for anything. I do everything on mobile

Ah, yeah. I’m waiting for Apple Intelligence. That’ll be the first mobile models I’ve used, and it’ll still use ChatGPT for complex tasks.

Probably a couple of generations from being able to run big models locally on mobile.
