Nostr.json file on your domain still lists the old npub. Change that.

He's recovering the old keypair publishing a new kind-0.

No need to change the json.

This secondary npub should be identified in some way as being secondary and officially controlled by him. Listing it on his json and changing the display name would make that clear.
