Today marks another trip around the sun, and with it, a new beginning of sorts.
I’ve been working toward breaking from the system that drains time and energy, aiming to live more on a #bitcoin standard. Photography is my passion, but I’ve also spent years perfecting a chocolate/date/pecan butter treat - and now I’m trying to make it something a bit more.
I just created a new npub / brand called, nostr:npub1uzt238htjzpq39dxmltlx60vxym9fetk9czz6kddq6fhvkf4z3usy9qtrh.
There’s a few different meanings here that I derived the name from:
- Homage to Satoshi Nakamoto
- “Oshi" is Japanese for supporting the activities of your favorite idol, or person - to like, support, and cheer them on
- Short for "oh shit", meaning that this shit is good

I was thinking that I want to leave my present job, but I have to be responsible. I have family and I am the matriarch, second to my mother, and the only one with children and grandchildren. Nothing would give me more pleasure than having an income from photography.
Well, to be honest, I don’t make much money from it. I wish I did so I do other things to compensate. It’s a juggling act really
