Opendimes and sats cards are expensive. I think typically 10k sats can move just fine on chain but the low amount could also be seen as a feature.

It’s not enough for someone to go through the trouble of messing with it but introduction to the Network may pique their interest. And with a simple setup like Muun they can access Lightning adjacent non-custodial TX capabilities or just hodl the sats and watch as purchasing power grows. Which is what I will explain is Bitcoin’s best use case on the tip sheet.

Maybe I’ll bump to 20k sats too ≈$3.50 isn’t enough to cover a tip anymore anyway.

A Muun wallet recovery code could work nicely. I guess it really depends on the recipient. Will they value it ? Or will they lose it ?

No way to know, but the opportunity cost is similar other than the time it will take to setup. But it sounds fun to me and if it helped one person find Bitcoin, it would be well worth it.
