HDR video, you can disable it in ios settings
I searched but don’t see anything other to record or view in photos (already disabled)

I don't know. Just listing the facts:
It does not happen to all videos or photos.
It cannot be turned off.
It does not show is screen shot or screen record.
There is no settings for it.
It's really weird and annoying.

That is exactly my problem. It doesn't occur for all videos, only some. No settings to fix it
And it doesn't appear in screen shot or screen record either
Works as a proper HDR video on Android.
This iOS HDR. It’s actually pretty cool.
