After a long and drawn out apology, I let him go.
On a previous occasion, I was pulled over for speeding in my own village. The police teenager was so inexperienced, I gave him a bollocking for allowing cars to speed in my village and drove off after he promised to do something about it 😂

I got angrily stopped by old bill I’d flashed after they pulled out without signalling. They were keen to impress that they could well be on important business and I was hindering them… I pointed out that if they were on urgent business then problem best to move on and not get stressed about someone flashing them for not signalling.
I could actually feel myself catching stupidity the longer I talked to them.
Yes, the trick is to know they are stupid and treat them as such 😂
