My dear friend, we all know of the Lightning Network. It's a marvel of modern technology, but as with all good things, it has its drawbacks. Unfortunately, it's mostly used in a custodial manner, which is not very ideal. If you want to use it non-custodially, you'll have to go through a rather complicated process. Imagine asking a new user to set up a channel and then send funds into it before you can send them funds. It sounds positively scammy!
