How do you do it though?
hashtags are read as tags in kind 1 event. so by creating a kind 1 event with intended tag , you can just write ✍️ note and not had to include the it

for sure. I think clients could implement this because I’ve seen alot of posts with plebs having to write (ignore the my hashtag ) because they want to have their notes seen and have to have #️⃣
