Yes and I want paying in Sats and not having to use an aggregator to put music on there....

Music without censorship = Music without copyrights

That leaves #V4V as your only option.

I don't see Tidal doing a 180° business model switch like that any time soon.

How do you go there step by step as huge company? I'm curious.
