Has anyone had experience with Bitrefill?

I calculated the "hidden fees" for a gift card and it came out to over 7%. Isn't that a bit high? That’s a rip-off , isn’t it. What do you think? Have you paid less?

Ich habe einmal die "versteckten Gebühren" für eine Geschenkkarte berechnet und bin auf über 7% gekommen. Ist das nicht ein bisschen viel? Das ist doch voll eine Abzocke! Was denkt ihr? Habt ihr weniger bezahlt?
