COVID was Peak Fiat.

You don’t have to trust Trump or Elon to see they’re fighting back against woke craziness. It’s obvious in both foreign and domestic policy, with the contrast against Europe making it even clearer.

I expect JD Vance to win the presidency after Trump and continue in this direction. But in the grand scheme, I don’t think that makes a difference in what’s coming next.

In four years, Bitcoin will be the size of gold. The Nation-States desperately trying to keep the fiat Ponzi alive will be the ones in clear decline.

Worried about free speech? Give NOSTR another four years to grow from infancy. The foundations are already being built.

The fiat world will keep getting crazier—clinging harder and harder to relevance. But it will never again have the power over the world that it had in 2020.

I don’t think the Hard Times are over. But the Strong Men have been forged. And the good times? They’re coming.

Europe is an amazing comparison to draw, which is hard to ignore, and also very worrying as someone who grew up there

I look forward to 4 years time

But I am on a Bitcoin standard, and just figuring this Nostr thing out

Most people stuck on the Fiat Ponzi can't plan 4 weeks from now

Let alone get excited about it

Amazing time to witness, as hard as it might be. Whilst yes, I prefer not to get too political, but grateful that it seems some semblance of sanity is back in a place of decision making.

Ps - it's hard to say when "peak fiat" actually is. Could easily be the case we're heading for some kind of tail end blow off top "peak-peak fiat!"
